One person runs this site. Email is the only way to reach me, and it comes straight to me rather than to a support desk.
What I can help with
- Corrections. If something here is wrong, out of date, or misreads a source, tell me and point at the line. I would rather fix it than defend it.
- Feedback on the site itself, including anything that reads as cold, preachy, or unclear.
- Press, partnership, and permission requests.
- Questions about how the affiliate links work, or how this site makes money.
What I cannot help with
I am not a doctor, so I cannot tell you what is going on with your own body. I spent four years dealing with hemorrhoids and a fissure and never once saw a doctor, and that is the part of my story I most regret. If you write to me describing your symptoms and asking what they mean, the only honest answer I have is the same one on every page here: please see a clinician.

What happens to your email
Nothing beyond the reply. Writing to me does not add you to any list, and your address is not shared with anyone. I read everything, though I do not always answer quickly, and sometimes I do not manage to answer at all. Better to say that plainly than to promise a response time I cannot keep.
